Sigal Miller is an Israeli painter whose work explores sexuality, identity, emotional vulnerability, intimacy, and human relationships through expressive figurative painting. Working primarily in oil, acrylic, charcoal, and mixed media on large-scale canvases, she combines realistic representation with gestural, emotionally charged backgrounds. Painting since childhood, Miller developed her artistic practice through years of study with artists including Dan Livni, Ed Sarnof, Francine Lasri, Zvi Israel, and Amir Shafat. Her work often draws from deeply personal experiences, transforming themes of loneliness, desire, femininity, reinvention, and emotional exposure into powerful visual narratives. Over the years, her practice has evolved from expressive female nudes and self-portraits toward broader explorations of intimacy, love, and gender identity.
